I know if l have any issue with my car I can come here and be taken care of like a family friend. Everyone who I've interacted with has been kind and straightforward. They do honest work and tell you when fixes should be prioritized. I keep coming back here, even for simple oil changes, to continue supporting this local business. love chatting with the owner 10/10 experience.

The service was great few months ago and now I am scared to go back after they did an oil change. I dont know if it's me or the oil the use because I bought oil and filter once from Walmart and they changed it for me and it was good for almost 8k miles but the second time I opted to use everything from them and here I am today again for an oil change for even less than 5k miles, it's almost 4.5k and it's like the worst performing oil change ever had. Again, Their service was good in the past but I think they need to work with some good quality stuff. I completely agree that they will do the repairs on the spot and better than some other mechanics but small things like these hits very hard on trust. They say it's mobile full synthetic oil and it guarantees 10k to 15k miles guarantee but for me it didn't even crossed 5k so that is a huge red flag. I would suggest you to get your oil and filter for like 35 to 40$ and they charge 90$ an hour I beleive so it will be done within 20 to 30 mins. This is the safest option and if you really want to go everything from them then go to your dealer where if you pay few more bucks you will get genuine stuff. The dealer will try to add extra stu

Had a flat tire while driving down the street. Fortunately pulled right in here and they quickly attempted to patch and then ended up changing my tire. I was in and out in less than an hour and had great service. Will be moving my car services here in the future.

I took my car to Sam’s shop to have new front struts, new sway bar links, and a new front driver-side CV axle installed. After the work was completed, the vehicle developed a clear mechanical noise that had not been there before. I brought the car back, and another mechanic, Josh, inspected it and acknowledged the noise. He checked the vehicle and said the issue had been fixed, but the noise was still present. When I returned a second time, Sam inspected the vehicle himself but denied hearing any noise and denied any responsibility, even though the noise was obvious to me. I was also disappointed with the billing. Before the repair, Sam told me the labor rate would be $95 per hour. However, after the work was done, he charged $125 per hour. When I reminded him of the original rate he had quoted, he lowered it to $110 per hour, which was still higher than what he initially told me. During my visits, Sam also spent a lot of time talking about how generous he is with customers and how much they like him, rather than focusing on the vehicle and the issue I came in for. Places like this get bad reviews because people don't know what they're talking about half the time. This place does a great quality job, as you can see from the overwhelming amount of good reviews. The owner went above and beyond for me on a simple oil change and did a fantastic job with it too. I will only be going here from now on going forward for my Subaru.
